Girls Flag Football Overview

Flag football has grown to become an extremely popular sport and it does not take long to see why. With the removal of high-risk tackling and brute physical force, the need for more speed, agility, and passing can make for an intense game of fun.

Tryouts

To join a flag football team, eligible students must "tryout" first. This process typically involves the school coaches evaluating students physical fitness, athletic skills, communication abilities, and sportsmanship.
 
IMPORTANT:
  • All required forms in HomeCampus.com must be completed before a student may participate in tryouts. If you have questions, contact us.
  • Students must complete a "grade check" using the available forms in Office B.
  • Athletes who qualify in the first tryout, will be invited to the second tryout phase.
  • Athletes who qualify in the second tryout, will be invited to the third tryout phase.
  • Appropriate attire includes PE clothing with their name clearly displayed on the shirt.
  • Cleats or athletic shoes are acceptable.
  • Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water, as there is no drinking fountains available.

Transportation (Away Games):

For all away games we will have transportation. Both team will leave at the same time. If a player is leaving from the game with parent a waiver needs to be completed. Students can get the form in office B. Student will only be released to the persons on Aeries.
